Hello NYLAX Families!!

There has been a lot going on behind the scene as we work through winter and prepare to go outdoors in the Spring.  There is a ton of information in this email so PLEASE take the time to read through it to stay informed.

New Website – Mike Navarro has done an amazing job building our new website and getting it ready to launch (which happened last week).  League Athletics was bought by Sports Engine so we had no choice but to update and migrate our site to the Sports Engine Platform.  The URL is the same – www.NoblesvilleYouthLacrosse.com – it’s just a new site and new platform.

Need to Re-Register – to send this email I logged into the old site and accessed our old email list.  This will only be available to us for so long, so we need everyone to get to the new site ASAP and re-register your family, your account, and your email address.

Registration for Spring – the registration area of the site is being built out as we speak and will be available very soon.  Once it is up and running, we’ll send out another email letting you all know.  Once you see the announcement get to the site quickly to register as our Early Bird Discount will only be good until 12/31/19 this year.  That Early Bird will save you $25 of your player registration.

MaxLax – We’ve received notification from MaxLax that our 14U boy’s team is full but spots remain on our 12U Boy’s team.  Get to MaxLax’s site right away and get registered if you’d like to play on the Noblesville team.

Helmets – We are offering the opportunity for our players to purchase helmets at a discounted rate again this year.  The HS board puts in a purchase each year at this time and they very kindly always offer us an opportunity to order helmets as well.  They are the same ones the HS boys wear, matte black with gold face mask, and will run $230 this year.  If you’d like a helmet I need to know and have a check for $230 in my hands by 11/26 so I can let the HS board know how many we need.  These are usually in and available for Christmas so if you are thinking of it for a holiday gift that should work.

Learn To Play – Our first Learn To Play of the offseason is this Wednesday!!  The Learn To Play events are designed for everyone – regardless of age or skill level – to come out and get a stick in their hands.  Newer players we’ll have sticks, etc. for you to borrow for the event.  Experienced players, come in full equipment and be ready to practice and get the sticks in your hands.  This week’s LTP is Wednesday evening at East MS in the East Gym from 7pm – 8pm.  Come in the entrance off Field Drive and park there on the Northeast corner of the building by the tennis courts.  Come in those doors and wrap around to the right to the East Gym.  For more info visit our LTP page on the new site - https://www.noblesvilleyouthlacrosse.com/page/show/5351637-learn-to-play-free-.  We will be announcing the LTP events on a weekly basis as they will move between Tuesdays and Wednesday depending on when there was gym space available.

Spirit Wear – With our new site being active we had to move our Spirit Wear site to another platform.  The program is now being housed on a Jester Promotions site - https://www.jesteronlinestores.com/hunter/cart.php?m=product_list&c=47 – I have the T-shirts on the site and active and am continuing to add the other items this week.  Keep an eye on the site as more gear is moved over and made available to order.  All orders placed by 12/15 will be guaranteed for pre-Holiday delivery.

I think that’s enough info for one email so be sure to visit and register for the new site and everyone come out and join us Wednesday evening for the LTP.

If you are no longer in NYLAX and do not wish to receive these emails you can scroll to the bottom and opt out of our mailing list, or you can just wait it out and we’ll be using the new list more sooner than later and you’ll be eliminated by attrition.

Have a great week everyone!!
